An Artesia High School student was among just five lucky winners statewide in the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association's (NMOGA) Ultimate Backpack giveaway.
Jace Deans recently received his prize: a backpack stuffed with a new iPad, AirPods, a keyboard and school supplies. NMOGA will also throw a pizza party for Deans and his classmates.
